Description of project

When an oil or gas field has just been discovered, the quality of the information available about the well stream may be sparse, and the amount of detail put into the process design should reflect this. However, early models of the process along with broad cost estimates are needed to progress, and both design detail and cost ranges narrow as projects develop through the feasibility study and field development planning phases (see Section 12.0 for a description of project phases).

Most environmental laboratories have a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) document that establishes the laboratory s qualifications through descriptions of project experience, a list of accreditations, and resumes of laboratory staff. A review of the SOQ together with the Laboratory QA Manual will enable us to establish the technical capabilities and the capacity of each laboratory (Step 6). Applicable accreditations should be verified as part of laboratory qualifications, such as the state and DOD certifications or approvals.

Following on from the lifecycle concept, there is no clear-cut requirement on where we should begin our description of project work. The design of the plant depends inter alia on how it will be operated, the operation on how it was designed. The cost of the plant depends on how it is designed, the design depends on how much money is available to build it. The feasibility study has to anticipate the project outcome, the... 

This short description of projective representations of point groups allows us to understand information given in different tables and on the site [16]. When using different existing tables for small representations of little groups one has to remember that the projective representations of point groups can be ordered in different ways and may appear to be p equivalent to each other. 

This section should present the results of a detailed evaluation of the effects of potential incidents at present or proposed industrial, transport or other installations in the vicinity of the site. Any identified threats to the plant should be considered for inclusion in the design basis events to help determine any additional design features considered necessary to mitigate the effects of the potential incidents identified. A description of projected developments relating to this information should also be provided and should be updated as required.
