Data analysis time-consuming

In addition, behavior, including mimic and gross body movements, may be videotaped. However, the analysis of such data is time consuming and is, therefore, not often performed by engineering psychologists. 

A further challenge is the efficient interpretation of MALDI imaging data in the histological context, which is of particular importance in clinical studies where large numbers of specimen are analyzed. Peak-by-peak interpretation of MALDI imaging data is time-consuming and tedious. In fact, the detailed analysis of numerous tissue sections by a pathologist, as necessary in clinical studies, is not feasible due to time constraints. 

The ability of partial least squares to cope with data sets containing very many x values is considered by its proponents to make it particularly suited to modern-day problems, where it is very easy to compute an extremely large number of descriptors for each compound (as in CoMFA). This contrasts with the traditional situation in QSAR, where it could be time-consuming to measure the required properties or where the analysis was restricted to traditional substituent constants.

It is an essential part of a study, has high demands for data availability, practical experience in modelling product systems and, in the case of using database tools, it is necessary to master them perfectly and to understand their function [46]. The inventory phase principle is data collection that is used to quantify values of the elementary flows. The titration of metal ions in alcohol solvents28 follows the same sort of rules as titrations of metal ions in water29 but poses additional problems due to the lower polarity that increases ion pairing and oligomerization of the metal ions. We have performed several such titrations with the analysis of the potentiometric data depending on the level of information one requires. More complete and time-consuming analyses are reserved for the most effective catalytic metals, namely La3 +, and for the transition metal ion Zn2+ and Cu2+ along with some simple complexes of the latter two which we describe a little later.
