Condensable reaction product

By suitable pretreatment of the reactor wall a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 30% in the condensed reaction products was obtained, which is markedly higher than the previously reported values. 

The flow method has proved to be better suited to the separation of the products of the combustion in the sequence of their formation. Pease (32), working with propane and higher hydrocarbons at 1 atm. in the temperature range of 300° to 400° C., found peroxides in low concentration. Harris and Edgerton (18), using a 1 to 1 mixture of propane and oxygen at 1 atm. and in the range of 325° to 355° C., found the peroxides concentrated chiefly in the residue from the distillation of the condensed reaction products.

(2006) observed a correlation between the number concentration of SOAs, from the limonene-ozone reaction in an office, and sensory load reported by 20 human subjects. Additionally, a screening study indicates that perfume wearers will be subjected to a personal reactive cloud of reaction products, such as fine aerosols (Corsi et al., 2007).

A fumarated rosin polyamine condensation resin is explained in a second Westvaco patent - Modified Rosin Resins for Waterbased Inks. The condensation reaction product of polyamines with certain rosin-based polycarboxyhc acids results in an efficient pigment dispersion resin and gives a stable viscosity over a wide range in pH, between 8.5 to 10.5 [5]. These resins and others not discussed provide alternatives for dispersing pigments.
