Communication about changes

Although there has been a warming trend over the past 100 years, it is not necessarily due to the greenhouse effect. The concern of the scientific community about accelerating changes in the next 40 to 50 years is based not only on the recent observations of temperature compared with past observations, but also on the physical principles related to the greenhouse effect. 

Observation of internal events is often unreliable and difficult. Focusing on external behavior or physiological changes in useful, but experiential data are primary in d-SoCs. we must develop a more precise language for communicating about such data.

One reminder about ongoing communications Make sure that ALL involved get the message. If you are communicating a change in the hours-of-service policy, do not just tell the drivers. Dispatchers, customer service personnel, and other support personnel that work with the drivers will also need to be informed, so they will need to be included in the commcmications.
