If appropriate financing was available, the collected experience and already developed documentation would allow designing such a vessel in the shortest possible time at Acad. Krylov Central Research Institute and Baltsudproekt Central Design Office with the participation of some other experienced institutions. The vessel could be most successfully constracted at Zvezdochka shipyard, Vyborgskiy shipyard, Severnaya Verf shipyard, etc. the vessel running conld be supported by the Rossudostroenie enterprises Zvezdochka and Nerpa in the Northwest Russia and FEP Zvezda in the Far East Russia. 

Anyone who receives information or observes an emergency situation should immediately call a central designated number. The Plan should identify the Emergency Number to call, which most often is the Fire Department, Police Department, or Civil Defense.

CapSure HS caps are often utilized in microdissection of tissue for RNA analysis. A 12-pm rail on the surface of the polymer prevents the polymer from touching the tissue except in the vicinity of the laser pulse. The HS caps are designed with an extraction device, allowing extraction buffer to contact the polymer within a centrally designated area. These features limit any potential RNA contamination from surrounding cells. CapSure HS caps may be used successfully for DNA or protein extraction. By contrast, CapSure Macro caps are placed in direct contact with the tissue and are not equipped with an extraction device. Any cellular material on the surface of the polymer of a Macro cap will be available for extraction. 

PPG and DeNora jointly developed a bipolar filter-press diaphragm cell called the Glanor electrolyzer [32]. The central design feature is the bipolar electrode where one side acts as an anode and the other as a cathode. The electrode consists of a steel plate to which anode fingers are connected on one side and cathode fingers on the other.
