We live today in a computer age, which has meant some startling changes in the ways we understand freedom, creativity and language. This major book looks at the implications.

The perfumers of the early twentieth century were delighted to be able to use a perfectly van ill a-like product in their compounds, but one that was at least a hundred times stronger than vanilla. Thus began what was subsequently called sophisticated perfumery. For many years a perfumery culture and language based on the experience and subjectivity of a few individual experts has developed and thrived (see Perfumes). 

Another useful approach is to attempt to get a broad review of the specification draft by operations, maintenance, and engineering. The specification must have an author who can write the basic document and who later edits the draft into the scope and language of the final specification. Single authorship, with committee review, is preferred over committee authorship. Only in rare instances is vendor participation in the specification authorship really justified, except in partnership relationships. 

Chapter 6 is a short primer on CA and language theory, and provides a basic discussion of formal language theory, the relationship between CA and formal language theory, power spectra of regular languages and reversible computation. 

Where Western science has heretofore been predicated on (1) static partitions of S2 (modulo our co-evolved senses and language), and (2) simple, linear chains of cause o effect, the generalized CA-based physics represents a paradigm shift to (1) causal webs, and (2) fully coevolving object interaction hierarchies and dynamic partitions. 

Observing as projector being open to visual and other nonverbal signals as clues to what the recipient is hearing/understanding, and adapting tone, volume, pace and language appropriately.

The vast majority of children with enuresis have normal uro-dynamics, including nocturnal bladder capacity. Functional bladder capacity can be estimated using this formula age in years + 2 = ounces of capacity. In some children, there appears to be a relationship between developmental immaturity (motor and language milestones) and enuresis, but the mechanism is unknown. Drugs like lithium, clozapine, risperidone,...
