Trying to optimize the runtime performance of the tools in the development environment, requires an adequate Quality of Service (QoS). QoS in the network can be implemented with IntServ, DiffServ or MPLS [1068]. However, in the scenarios considered here, a host s performance usually plays a greater role for the overall performance. Moreover, no QoS management is available in the application domain considered. There are, however, other, more flexible approaches, e.g. the application of mobile agent technology to network and system management, evaluated for example in [557] and [1001]. 

The physician then uploads itinerant agent software modules into the microbot to monitor other conditions. The mobile intelligent agent technology allows physicians to launch or upload software programs with specific itinerary or mission to a remote system such as the implanted microbot. The newly uploaded itinerant software module then activates the implantable drug delivery device (IDDD) to release the drug compounds into Jane s blood stream. 

These generalities will be illustrated through a discussion of the release agent technology in two different and important types of molded urethane product. These are automotive seat foams and RIM urethanes. Before that discussion, however, it seems useful to discuss why Options 1, 2, and 3 for releasing urethanes have not been successful so far.
