Real-time detection was also used for an isothermal amplification procedure termed nucleic acid sequence-based amplification, for the detection of artificial human papilloma virus sequences in SiHa cells. This method was not applied to real samples, but demonstrates the clinical applicability of additional microchip enzymatic amplification methods. In opposition, leukemias of the New Word monkeys (marmosets, tamarins) are caused by herpesviruses. In this section several examples of genosensors based on hybridization event, which have been constructed on screen-printed electrodes, will be described. One of them has been designed to detect a 30-mer SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) virus sequence whilst the others have been designed to identify the nucleic acid determinants exclusively present on the genome of the pathogen Streptococcus pneumoniae. 

The PDB contains 20 254 experimentally determined 3D structures (November, 2002) of macromolecules (nucleic adds, proteins, and viruses). In addition, it contains data on complexes of proteins with small-molecule ligands. Besides information on the structure, e.g., sequence details (primary and secondary structure information, etc.), atomic coordinates, crystallization conditions, structure factors. 

Independent Assays for Provings Virus Removal. Retrovimses and vimses can also be present in culture fluids of mammalian cell lines (15,24). Certainly the absence of vims can be difficult to prove. Model vimses, eg, NIH Rausher leukemia vims and NZB Xenotropic vims, were spiked into fluids being purified, and their removal subsequently vaUdated when subjected to the same purification sequence as used for the product.
