When an economic poisons product is accepted for registration, the manufacturer is authorized to sell it in the state. Official samples are drawn by inspectors to determine if a product corresponds to guarantee. Approximately 8000 different economic poisons are registered for sale in the state and it is possible, with present facilities, to sample and analyze only about one fifth of these materials in any one year. Samples are always drawn from original containers that have not previously been opened, and they may be drawn from supplies in the hands of manufacturers, dealers, or users. Reports of analyses are sent to the registered manufacturer, any dealer involved, and any user involved. At the end of each year, reports of all samples are published in a special publication of the department. Copies are available without charge upon request. 

Given the low incidence of severe withdrawal symptoms and the modest effects on the mesolimbic dopamine (reward) system, most investigators have found that cannabis has a low abuse or addiction potential. Since ketamine is an anesthetic, most users report profound feelings of numbness. Ketamine users can easily burn themselves on a stove or lamp while on the drug and not even know it. 

Complaints of side-effects by feverfew users have been limited. Mouth ulcers have been suggested to be the most common side-effect which seems to be a systemic effect [2, pp. 79,80]. Today, over one-third of Nicorette users report that while they are no longer addicted to cigarettes they are now addicted to Nicorette. One such Nicorette user told the New Tork Times that after giving up cigarettes with the aid of Nicorette, she then found it exceptionally difficult to quit Nicorette. I felt almost like a drug addict, she said, estimating that the 12 pieces of Nicorette she chewed each day cost her more than 15,000 over the years, without curing her addiction to nicotine. ...

Users also describe additional effects, such as an insatiable hunger, especially for sweet foods, and constipation. After a while, users report a lessening of the effects of opium, as the body adapts to its use. Typically, after a few weeks of use, sensations of euphoria are only mild. This adjustment causes the user to increase their level of consumption. Over time, the smoker becomes an addict, and with addiction comes a new range of feelings. 

Many users report contact with hyperspatial entities, spirits, or intelligences, but the nature of these entities is rarely constant across different experiences. On the contrary, it seems the plant uses the personality of the explorer to present its message. Some have found that Salvia transports the practitioner to a state of metaconsciousness which seems to be both ancient and familiar —possibly a reflection ofthe state which one experiences before birth and after death. It has been noticed that the distinction between the mental and physical becomes rather fluid after ingesting Salvia. The mind seems to be made of physical fields which can be manipulated like muscles. Most T-2 users reported an increase in metabolic rate and activity proportionate to dosages as listed. This supplement has been noted as exceptionally beneficial for individuals who have a slower metabolic rate naturally that results in above normal fat storage and poor post-training recovery at a dosage of 50 MG, 4 times daily. Others had found the higher listed dosages necessary for rapid fat loss at maximum rates. Most reported improved rate of recovery, improved lean mass to fat ratio, and often an increase in libido. T-2 has a half-life of 4-6 hours. Due to this brief period of activity users reportedly divided dosages into 3-4 daily administrations to maintain constant circulating T-2 levels and the resulting metabolic rate increase. 

Proscar is a prescription drug utilized for preventing hair loss. About 83% of users reported a halt to hair loss. Unfortunately, some also report a reduced libido too. (Most sport wooded if the wind blew during AAS cycles). Since Proscar inhibits, or atleast reduces, the conversion of testosterones to DHT, theoretically there would be a greater anabolic effect possible during AAS cycles. But there was an obvious loss of hardness to the physique reported as well. 

Like MDMA, recreational users of 2C-B say the drug greatly heightens their appreciation of and sensitivity to music and say that it greatly enhances the enjoyment of dancing. At higher doses (15-20 mg), recreational users report heightened tactile sensations and profoundly altered states of consciousness.
