Sample preparation Inject a 50 jaL aliquot of aqueous humor directly. Homogenize eye tissue with MeCN 0.1% acetate 20 80 at 4°, centrifuge at 15000 rpm at 4 for 30 min. Filter (Millipore Ultra-Free CL, 300 000 cut-off) while centrifuging at 15 000 rpm at 4° for 30 min, inject an aliquot of the ultrafiltrate
