Unlawful Acts

Pure honeys are comparatively costly. Some beekeepers may imlawfully use sweeteners to feed bees to increase honey sweetness. Another unlawful act is to directly add sugars into honey products. Some sweeteners that have been used include acid / inverted sugar syrups, com syrups, maple syrup, cane sugar, beet sugar, and molasses.

Other instruments of relevance to nuclear security and focused on criminalization of certain offences include the 1997 International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings, the 2005 Protocol to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation, the 2005 Protocol to the 1988 Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Eixed Platforms Located on the Continental Shelf and the 2010 Beijing Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Relating to International Civil Aviation.

This medium has also made the dissemination of defamatory and other scurrilous material especially easy and any developments in the law and regulation of the Internet need to be able to balance the right to privacy against the need to make those who perpetrate unlawful acts accountable for their actions. An important part of this balancing act is to apportion to the service provider only such part of the responsibility as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

This fact, by itself and apart from other circumstances, neither involves prima facie responsibility nor shifts the burden of proof. 

Under the auspices of ICAO, a diplomatic cruiference, held in Beijing from 30 August to 10 September 2010, composed of representatives from more than 80 States, adopted two international air law instruments for the suppression of unlawful acts relating to civil aviation. 

Secondly, one would observe that the ConventitMi does not cover all instances of air rage although all such acts are unlawful acts relating to international civil aviation. Furthermore, the almost exclusive insistence on safety of aircraft in flight and the narrow definition of in flight as contained in the Convention... 

Under the circumstances, this landmark treaty leaves no room for doubt that it is a valuable contribution towards the enhancement of collaboration between States to curb unlawful acts against international civil aviation. The abovementioned features of the Beijing Treaty undoubtedly makes it a timely and proactive initiative of ICAO and the international aviation community.
