Twos complement

Hybridization occurs when two complemented strands of DNA or RNA come together as n result of the hydrogen bonding between base pairs. 

If initial concentration gradients are in two complementing components, such as FeO and MgO (with the sum of FeO and MgO molar concentrations being a constant), and all other components have uniform concentration, the diffusion between the two components may be treated as interdiffusion, or effective binary diffusion. 

The functions of the classical complement pathway are similar to those described for the alternative pathway, i.e. opsonization, leucocyte activation and membrane lysis of target cells. Two complement pathways can operate, the classical pathway and the alternative pathway. The classical pathway is analagous to the coagulation cascade, activation of the Cl component eventually leading to activation of the other components.
