Trading approaches characterization

Based on the characterization of a supply chain, supply chain management (SCM) can be defined as a process oriented approach to procuring, producing, and delivering end products and services to customers. It includes sub-suppliers, suppliers, internal operations, trade customers, retail customers and end users. It covers the management of materials, information, and fund flows [2],... [Pg.5]

The materials in the compilation of zero point values are sorted by their formal chemical formulae and then the entries are sorted by the year of publication. This approach makes it somewhat difficult to compare results corresponding to given crystalline modification. On the other hand in many publications mixtures of different phases were used or the crystallographic data were not reported. Finally, different compositions have been alleged for apparently the same commercial product. Thus, it would be rather difficult to sort the data (within the same formal chemical formula) by the structure. Commercial materials are often characterized by trade names rather than by their crystalline structure. [Pg.8]

The enterprise selects the general approach, resources, and procedures for performing trade-studies based upon the trade-study definition, its level of importance, and availability of tools, fadhties, special equipment, and related resources. The enterprise also lists the set of selection criteria, which includes factors that characterize what makes a specific alternative desirable, such as cost, schedule, performance and risk life cycle quality factors reuse and size, weight, and power consumption. Adverse quahties as well as favorable qualities should be included as criteria. [Pg.56]
