Technical Potential

The laboratories with sufficient scientific and technical potential may be accredited on the right to develop and/or expert appraisal of the procedures of testing and render their services to external firms. 

The first National Programme of NDT TD development in Ukraine was established by the initiative of US NDT TD. The programme demonstrated the significant scientific and technical potential of the scientists of Ukraine in the field of NDT TD. 

A recent reference [1] lists twenty suppliers of structural acrylic adhesives. Many other companies have been involved in this area, and it is often felt that acrylic adhesives have unrealized technical potential [2]. Acrylic adhesives are not commonly found in the consumer market, but fill an important niche there in the bonding of rear view mirrors to windshields in automobiles.

Despite the remarkable enantioselectivities observed with the Ti-ebthi catalyst for the imine and enamine hydrogenation, we consider its technical potential rather low.
