Storage symbols

At both sites imbalances of the processed intermediate chemicals occur when all plants produce at full capacity. Unbalanced intermediate chemicals are indicated by a coloured storage symbol when inter-site transports are possible. Correspondingly coloured arrows between both sites indicate the direction of the product flow. Table 4-4 guantifies these imbalances and provides an overview on the chemicals associated storage capacities.

As defined in Chapter Two, program schemes have basis function letters, predicate letters and constants, with "meanings" assigned by interpretations. Storage stability was evaluated by storing photosensitive lithographic printing plates at 38°C and 80% relative humidity for 1 week and then evaluating development properties. These results are provided in Table 1, where the symbol A indicates excellent storage stability, and where storage stability deteriorates in order of the symbols B,...

We note that fzerotryl is a MATLAB function m file that is stored in its folder with the extension. m as fzerotryl.m. Our program code is annotated with comments following the % symbol. Anything that follows after a % symbol on a line of code is not executed in MATLAB. More on MATLAB files, their storage, creation, etc. is given in Section 1.2.5. Specific built-in MATLAB functions and their use, such as fzero in the code below, should always be scrutinized by our students for their input/output syntax etc. using the built-in help MATLAB command help fzero for example.
