Edcfy-cufrent NDT inspections using spatial data (sampled scans) ha >e many benefits. They separate the two conflicting aspects of an inspection scanning and signal interpretation. An instrument/display (client/server) based NDT inspection based on sampled scan data aides in the training and certification of inspectors. It can be used over the Internet or in-house Intranet networks to train or examine inspectors at multiple or remote sites. This saves travel time and resources as defects, instrumentation and teaching can all be consolidated Samples can be maintained and distributed from a central certification body providing more control andflexibility.

Most algorithms require sets of sequences in FASTA format. Proteins are usually easily extracted directly from the available sequence databases. Genomic DNA is more problematic, because annotation of genes, promoters, transcriptional start sites, introns, exons, and other important features is not always reliable. Several web servers available to aid in extracting the relevant sequences for discovering regulatory elements in genomic DNA are shown in Table 1. 

Serveral authors [1 - 3] describe the non-Newtonian flow behaviour of dilute polymer solutions in porous media as an increase of extensional viscosity based on finitely extensible, nonlinear-elastic dumbbells (FENE-dumbbell — theory [4]). Conformity between theory and experiment is partially so good that the relationships found can be used for characterization of polymer solutions. A few significant examples are demonstrated in the following with the aid of selected polymer-solvent-temperature systems. 

The first phase concerned the field data collection. It didn t show any particular technical problems, aided by the good network coverage aU over the area. The personnel submitted more than 40 reports in less than 3 h the average time to complete the questionnaire was approximately 7 min, while the time to send data to the server has been almost 25 s. The publication on the Fusion Tables has recorded a shift of about 3 min.
