Although different types of SFF technologies have already been adopted in vastly different areas, it is believed that the revolution is only in its infancy. To date, SFF has been adopted mainly as a rapid prototyping (RP) technology, but it is expected that the next step will be rapid manufacturing (RM) of final products. [Pg.256]
