The issue was one of holistic execution and quality control. The Dreamliner launch had multiple public delays due to a shortage ol las-teners. Generally, there will be no insurmountable difficulty in obtaining an electrical power supply, the principal factors being the cost of providing it and the time delay in making it available. The scale and nature of the project will dictate the amount of power required, the load characteristics and the most suitable voltage for its supply. The state of the public supply network in the area of the proposed development will then constrain the supply authority in its ability to quote for a suitable supply in the short, medium or long term.

Do not dispatch samples less than 2 days before a weekend or a public holiday to avoid unexpected delays. Outside shutoff valves installed in service lines supplying places of public assembly, such as theaters, churches, schools, and hospitals, shall be examined and serviced, including lubrication where necessary, at sufficiently frequent intervals to assure their satisfactory operation. The examination shall determine if the valve is accessible, if the alignment is satisfactory, and if the valve box or vault, if used, contains debris that would interfere with or delay the operation of the valve. Unsatisfactory conditions encountered shall be corrected. Valves in hydrogen service shall be checked and serviced at least annually.
