Proof of performance

Following completion of all testing and certification of the facility, documentation should be developed and retained, which may be used as proof of performance in accordance with the protocol in the as-built configuration Periodic retesting and monitoring at specified intervals in the at-rest and operational modes should be carried out to maintain operation of the facility in accordance with SOPs or industry standards. 

The main difference is that frequently qualification of an existing system is based primarily on reliable operation and proof of performance in the past rather than on qualification during development and installation.

Performance Evaluation. Successful catalyst development requires a satisfactory means to determine the performance of the catalyst. The only significant proof of improvement in catalyst performance Hes in evaluation in a reactor under the proper conditions. 

Proof of insurance is required for vendors who perform warranty work, authorized service representatives, air conditioning service/ maintenance, minor maintenance, or minor maintenance/repairs for electrical, plumbing, etc., or landscaping, cleaning, and so on. This excludes individuals who will not exceed 1,500 labor cost and do not require entry into an exclusion/contamination zone.

Utility depends on product applications and proof of superior performance. 

This performance was demonstrated in a proof-of-principle BWA contractor performance test conducted at ORNL early in 2002, and witnessed and reported31 by staff from the Dugway Proving Ground. This test was conducted... 

Furthermore, the role of a poly hydroxy alcohol, like ethylene glycol, seems ambiguous. As mentioned above, it is believed that the presence of ethylene glycol favours esterification of chelates. IR and NMR studies performed in [7] do not present solid proofs of such a belief. Synthetic routines with and without alcohols look the same, and the absence of alcohol seem not to influence the properties of precursors and final products. Some evidence exists enabling one to consider the esterification idea liable to more than one interpretation it has been reported in [4] that the presence of ethylene glycol does not influence the morphology of oxides.
