Practices posting

Because of the greatly increased cost of wood used where there is contact with the earth and the weather, different methods of wood preservation have come to be extensively practiced. Posts, railroad ties, poles, and piling have their durability increased many times by the application of wood preservatives.

Posts that fit none of the other categories (e.g. work as a medical doctor or for public utilities) are classified as other . Percentages add up to well over 100, because many members held posts in more than one sector. See also Note to Table 7.4. 

The transition from the design to code will also be addressed. The theoretical possibilities include refinement into code [8] or more practically post-hoc verification using a tool such as the SPADE theorem prover. 

It is good practice to reviewa project on completion and record the reasons for departure between planned and actual performance. Where lessons can be learned, or opportunities exploited, they should be incorporated into project management guidelines. Some companies hold post project sessions with their contractors to explore better ways of handling particular issues, especially when there is an expectation of additional shared activities. 

Secondary Treatments and Uses. Because hardboard products are utilized in a myriad of different ways, the variety of secondary treatments used by customers are practically unlimited. Hardboards are used in furniture, cabinets, paneling, doors, toys, and a host of other uses. Post-treatments may include cutting-to-size, finishing treatments with roU-appHed patterns, melamine overlays, printed paper overlays, paints, and even some extremely durable and water-resistant coatings used in tub and shower linings or other uses where water contact is frequent and extreme. 

MammaBan. For mammalian proteins, mammalian cells offer the most natural host for expression. Problems of incorrect processing and post-translational modification are avoided using these cells. Mammalian cells are usually grown in continuous cell culture, reducing the variabiUty in results (see Cell CULTURE technology). Moderate-level production of native protein is possible. The procedure, however, is slow and very cosdy, and the level of protein expression is low. Thus large-scale production of proteins in mammalian cells is not practical. When low quantities of protein are sufficient, this system offers the several advantages described. 

We believe that the explanation of results is very important. Getting results that are below the detection limit or far below any PELs or action levels will sometimes go unreported or be given very little attention. We believe that any number, even zero, is well worth discussing with anyone voicing a health concern. Posting numbers and not discussing results that are below PELs may be a compliant practice, but we believe that getting to a personal level is a much better practice [2]. 

Proper installation of V-belts is necessary to ensure trouble-free operation and maximum service life of the belts. The procedures and practices that should be followed in a proper installation can be broken down into three major categories pre-installation inspections of the belt and pulley, installation practices, and post-installation practices (belt tension inspection and adjustment).
