Potassium gluconate monohydrate

Potassium Gluconate occurs as a white or yellow-white, crystalline powder or granules. It is anhydrous or the monohydrate. It is freely soluble in water and in glycerin, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether. [Pg.361]
