Post integration manager

Interim measures may be separate from the comprehensive Corrective Action plan but should be consistent with, and integrated with, any longer-term Corrective Action (e.g., corrective measure through an order, an op erating permit, a post-closure permit or interim status closure requirements). To the extent possible, interim measures should not seriously complicate the ultimate physical management of hazardous wastes or constituents, nor should they present or exacerbate a health or environmental threat. Interim measures may add additional costs or work to the comprehensive Corrective Action. Such added costs or work do not preclude implementation of an interim measure. 

At the strategic level, boiler water treatment practice is essentially the planned, actioned, and documented management of the waterside of pre-boiler, boiler, and post-boiler plant equipment and systems. A key objective is to identify, obtain, and maintain operational and economic benefits for the plant owners, including maintaining the cleanliness and structural integrity of the boiler, its various water-steam cycle auxiliaries, and other components for a specified (long-term) period and to some quantifiable standard.

An increase in management safety culture should have the same impact on safety outcomes as an increase in worker participation in safety decision making, for similar reasons as more management resources are employed toward integrating safety within overall corporate strategy—and as more ways are foimd to minimize post-injury retum-to-work hurdles—accident costs will be reduced. The management of change procedure should ensure that risk to integrity, which can arise from the specified change, is assessed both during implementation as well as post-implementation and required mitigation and control measures are determined.
