Physical gene mapping

A focal database for buman gene mapping that attempts to integrate physical and genetic maps. 

Physical and gene maps of tomato cp and crDNAs are identical and well conserved with respect to those of other Solanaceae. 

Radiation hybrid mapping Now the most rapid method of localizing a gene or DNA fragment to a subregion of a human chromosome and constructing a physical map.
