Pet litter - Cat Htter is the single largest application for hormite cl, typically RVM grades. The clay granules absorb bodi liquid waste and ammonia odor. 

Absorbents - Granular absorbent-grade (partially calcined) calcium bentonite is used as a floor absorbent, particularly for oily materials, and in pet litters. Uncalcined sodium bentonite is used as the agglomerant in scoopable cat litter.

The seed coat of peanut is a commercial source of tannins and thiamin and sees limited use in feeds, primarily as a bulking agent in reduced-calorie pet foods. The presence of the seedcoat in meal may lead to a decrease in the availability of lysine (5). This apparent waste product is also used as mulch, fuel, litter for poultry houses, and in the production of a high-grade activated charcoal. 

A small cat litter box works well and can be purchased from any hardware or pet store for a few dollars. Get a size that will easily accommodate the size of the circuit board with a little wiggle room, but not too much bigger, as that would require more etchant - which would be a waste just to accommodate the oversized container. 

Slow biodegradation of common polymers such as PE, PET, or PP does occur in nature (Shah et al., 2008 Tsao et al., 1993) but at rates that are several orders of magnitude lower than that observed with biopolymers such as cellulose and chitosan or biodegradable synthetic polymers such as PCL.
