The emphasis in this training was originally on micrometeorology—that is, weather conditions at or within a few feet of the earth s surface, the area in which the antipersonnel effectiveness of gas warfare is ultimately measured. The first two groups are distinguished by the fact that autoclave syntheses are used mainly by the Soviet (or Russian) cluster school [1,2,11,16-22], while the American and other schools do not use autoclave techniques [1,23-35]. Most colleges and universities require students to submit a written essay with their application. The nearly 300 schools that use the Common Application (www.commonapp.org) present five topics from which you must select and write on one. Other schools use similar types of topics, or even ask you to come up with your own. 

The norming data for all the physical chemistry examinations is now available online at the Examinations Institute web site (22). In addition to the norms themselves, it is now possible to enter student response data following taking the examination for comparison with pre-existing data for other schools. Professors will be able to quickly determine how well their students perform relative to their peers at other institutions. 

The preceding discussion of substitution mechanisms barely scratches the surface of a field that has occupied the attention of many of tbe world s best coordination chemists. Similar studies could also be conducted on children at other school levels and the results could possibly have a positive effect on science teaching at all levels. These studies reveal that if our primary school teachers used environment and local resources and teach science through environmental approach, the learning will be more meaningful.
