Formula index organic compounds

Organic chemical literature. Information on named compound formula indexes infornriation on named reaction laboratory procedure locating a review of a class of compounds. 

Metal derivatives of organic compounds are indexed under their own formulas when the metal is immediately attached only to carbon. In all other cases they are indexed under the formula of the parent compound. 

The elements of an organic compound are listed in empirical formulas according to the Hill system [8] and the stoichiometry is indicated by index numbers. Hill positioned the carbon and the hydrogen atoms in the first and the second places, with heteroatoms following them in alphabetical order, e.g., C9H11NO2.
