This section will describe one unique on-shore and one unique off-shore wind turbine. 

Wind power A modern off-shore wind turbine dependable control-system manages up to three thousand inputs / outputs, several hundreds of functions are distributed over several hundred nodes grouped into eight subsystems interconnected with a field-bus and the distributed software contains several hundred thousand lines of code [32,33]. 

Lluls Pacheco (Associate Professor, Spain). Dr. Pacheco has excellent knowledge of electronic engineering, computer architecture and technology, and model-based control techniques with applications in applied mobile robotics. He has extensive experience in the constmction of experimental platforms for innovative research and academic activities. He is co-author of 1 scientific book, 15 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and book chapters, and 30 publications in conference proceedings. His areas of interest include robotics, computer vision, and off-shore wind turbines.
