Network Storage

For a typical reader, the PDF files themselves are likely to have been downloaded and distributed over time across a number of computers and their hard drives. From there, they may migrate to network storage areas, memory sticks and mobile devices such as iPods etc. Aggregating, removing duplicates and organizing these according to their content is non-trivial, and may well require substantial investment of human fime and skills.

The type of hardware or computer system to be used and the potential size of the database should also be considered. Eor some databases, a personal computer may be adequate. Eor others, especiaUy if there wiU be multiple users, a mainframe computer or a network of personal computers may be required. Storage capacity and response time are parameters that should be considered. However, computer technology changes so rapidly that vendors and computer experts should be consulted when building any personal databases. 

Bags of various constmctions are used in the storage and transportation of dry chemicals. The choice of which type of bag to use should be based on the needs of the product for adequate protection and the requirements of the distribution network. To a certain degree, bags can be custom-made for a particular product indeed, almost any shipping requirement can be satisfied by one of many combinations of paper, plastic, and natural fibers incorporated in the design of bags. 

The Gulf Central Pipeline system (78) contains 3220 km of 152 mm, 203 mm, and 254 mm pipe and has a pumping capacity of 2545 metric tons per day and supporting terminal storage fackities. The Tampa Bay Pipeline network services several ammonia plants along a 133 km route.
