Relational technology permits the use of multiple views virtual schema that can be treated like the real schema, at least for query purposes. 

Commercial OODBs do not provide a flexible mechanism for multiple views of a common underlying schema. 

We now move on to defects that have some spacial extent, even if only in one dimension. As we continue to increase the geometric complexity of these defects, you may find it more difficult to visualize them. As with crystal structures, three-dimensional models may help you with visualization, and do not limit yourself to one representation of a specific defect—look for multiple views of the same thing. 

Radionuclide Imaging Procedures. Brain tumors can be detected by external counting of radionuclides, a procedure introduced into general clinical use in the late 1950s. A significant advance in brain tumor imaging was the introduction of the gamma camera, which permitted more rapid studies with multiple views, as well as dynamic cerebral blood flow assessment. 

Cubism 1900 to 1950. Some of the artists involved in the cubist movement were Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, and Juan Gris. They broke down form into geometric parts and were not interested in color. For them, form and shapes were more important. They used multiple views of the same object, painting objects as seen from many angles at the same time. Their art was a form of abstraction taken from reality but changed by the artist.

In the aforementioned optical techniques, the light beam essentially integrates the variation in index of refraction or its gradients along the path of the beam and is usually not useful for local measurements in a three-dimensional temperature field. This difficulty can be overcome with multiple views or with holography.

Have spare batteries and a battery charger. A charger may take eight hours to recharge a battery. Use a camera feature that continuously displays the date on the screen this establishes without question when the scene was shot. You may wish also to photo a card with the operator s name. Plan the location of camera and subject ahead of time. Use a tripod. Multiple views arc best. Use some combination of a front view, a side view, a back view, stepladder views (a partial-plan view), overall views, and closeup views. Begin a scene with a full view (far shot, wide-angle view) and then zoom as desired.

These type of instruments perform well in quality control situations where standards and samples have similar textures and gloss levels however they only evaluate color at a single angle. Therefore these instruments do not give the full detail of the appearance of a color at multiple viewing angles as would be required with metallic pearlescents or special effects colors.
