Multinational diversity management

Multinational diversity management focuses on localizing diversity interventions across branches of a multinational company. In this context, GDM in its more pure form relates to coordination of multiple domestic diversity interventions with a view to giving them global coherence (see Ozbilgin Tatli, 2008 Sippola 8c Smale, 2007 Wending 8c Palma-Rivas, 2000). [Pg.366]

The 1998 PIRC report gives an interpretation of social and community reporting . In PIRC s view, the term refers to reporting on a diversity of issues in terms of matters such as employment policies, business ethics, charitable donations and community involvement.
