The amendment15 to the PA of June 2002 implements the upstream network provisions in the Gas Directive. In a few words the amendment determines the main rule about TPA for eligible customers and natural gas undertakings and gives a frame for further regulations from the Ministry of Oil and Energy. 

The new governance structures united most different industrial groups. Covernmental actors, especially from the Ministry of Oil and Energy, had realised that the inefficiency of the socio-technical system threatened development of future oilfields and thereby future tax income. On 9 June 2000, the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy issued a white paper on oil and gas activities (St.meld. nr. 39 1999-2000). One of the ten ehapters in this doeu-ment was devoted to ffSE issues. The white paper referred to the concerns of the NPD that the risk level appeared to be increasing, ffowever, this document did not signal a high level of ambition with regard to ffSE ...

The results presented here indicate that the function of DAG oil is based on its metabolic characteristics after absorption. We are currently studying another mechanism in terms of energy balance that leads to less body fat accumulation. Some data on this issue are available and will be reported later. In terms of safety, DAG oil has been evaluated by the Japanese ministry of health and welfare and classified as a food for specified health use. It has also been granted GRAS status by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. 

In April 2001, tasks related to the promotion of information exchange and international collaborations were assigned by the Petroleum Energy Center (PEC) to the JCCP. During the last few years, JCCP has continued to promote cooperation and collaboration among the research community interested in oil-related activities including the private companies. Now, JCCP functions under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.

In the worst case, that is, for the countries with total thermal conversions of energy, the cost of gaseous hydrogen raises to about US 224.00/MMBtu, which is impossible to handle. However, these values are expected since the thermal costs for the countries that do not own oil or carbon will be extremely large. All the other magnitudes reported by the ministries or secretaries of energy in powerful countries are real however, we believe that new and advanced technologies have been developed with more efficient devices that are folly protected by patents and models that are not in the public domain. Thus, even lower values of cost have to be expected. 

The Venezuelan Oil Ministry disclosed that nuts and bolts on a key pump in a pipeline that transported olefins to the neighboring Cordon refinery were intentionally loosed.
