Median numbers used

The median particle diameter is the diameter which divides half of the measured quantity (mass, surface area, number), or divides the area under a frequency curve ia half The median for any distribution takes a different value depending on the measured quantity. The median, a useful measure of central tendency, can be easily estimated, especially when the data are presented ia cumulative form. In this case the median is the diameter corresponding to the fiftieth percentile of the distribution.

Nevertheless, these and other data limitations severely restrict our understanding of the experiences of African Americans in the chemistry community. The Australian Ecstasy and Related Drugs reporting system (ERDS), which is based on interviews with regular ecstasy users, seems to confirm these results. The proportion of regular ecstasy users consuming more than a tablet per event declined in 2006 in New South Wales (from 84 per cent in 2004 to 70 per cent in 2006) and in Queensland (from 76 per cent in 2005 to 63 per cent in 2006), the two main ecstasy markets of the country. Two alternative methods are used to interpret test results 1) the lowest effective concentration or 2) the induction factor. The lowest effective concentration is the lowest at which the median number of micronucleated erythrocytes is significantly different from that of control animals. IF (induction factor) is the ratio between the treated group median and that of controls. In some cases, such parameters were not applicable and a qualitative assessment was employed. 

There are a number of different mean or median values which can be defined for a particle size distribution. These means or medians are useful depending on where the data came from or how the data are to be used. OPTIME-CHF (5) was a randomized, placebo-controlled study in which 951 patients (mean age 65 years 92% with baseUne NYHA class III or IV mean left ventricular ejection fraction 23%) with acute exacerbations of chronic heart failure in 78 community and tertiary care hospitals in the USA were randomly assigned to a 48-hour infusion of either milrinone (0.5 micrograms/kg/minute initially for 24 hours) or saline (6). The median number of days in hospital for cardiovascular causes within 60 days after randomization did not differ significantly between patients given milrinone (6 days) or placebo (7 days). Sustained hypotension requiring intervention (11 versus 3.2%) and new atrial dysrhythmias (4.6 versus 1.5%) were more common in the patients who received milrinone. There was no difference in hospital mortality (3.8 versus 2.3%), 60-day mortality (10 versus 8.9%), or the composite incidence of death or readmission (35 versus 35%). The authors concluded that these results do not support the routine use of intravenous milrinone as an adjunct to standard therapy in patients with an exacerbation of chronic heart failure. 

This means, allrHOlB uses four sensory areas. A median number of 9 cycET is unusual. Nevertheless I would attach it to the structure 2s3. Altogether it has the same structure as allrHOl A. 

It is also necessary to choose the position number and size of sensors to sample the magnetic field with accuracy.
