NEMO kinase (regulatory subunit IKKy), NFkB (nuclear factor kappa B lymphoma) essential modulator, inhibitor of kappa kinase gamma (IKKy). FLI-1, a nuclear transcription factor, is consistently positive in benign, intermediate, and malignant vascular neoplasms. FFI-1 is consistently present in Ewing s/PNET and iymphoblastic lymphomas. 

Inappropriate production of nuclear transcription factors such as Fos, Jun, and Myc can Induce transformation. In Burkitt s lymphoma cells, c myc is translocated close to an antibody gene, leading to overproduction of c-Myc (see Figure 23-19).
