It is fairly easy to create personal content and distribute it due to high availability of rich-featured interconnected mobile devices. Hence, there is a need to provide some mechanisms that prevents misusing of someone s property.

This directive covers all equipment dependent on electrical currents or electromagnetic fields . These are set into 10 categories and cover large household appliances, small household appliances, IT and telecommunication equipment, consumer equipment, lighting equipment, electronic and electrical tools, toys, leisure and sports, medical equipment devices such as dialysis machines, monitoring and control equipment such as smoke detectors and automatic dispensers such as those used for hot and cold drinks and cans. 

North America is the leading user of PMMA in E E, accounting for 41% of total world consumption in 2002. Western Europe is the second largest market with 25%, followed by Rest of Asia Pacific with 22% and Japan with 12%. The predominance of Asia reflects the location of major producers of IT and telecommunications equipment. The share of China and other Pacific Rim countries is growing and is forecast to increase fiirther in future because of the trend for E E manufacturers to relocate production to lower cost economies. 

At the same time, while many companies have tried to implement some form of collaborative networks, the results from collaboration have been mixed or dubious up until recently. Especially in Asia, collaboration may face even more difficulties related to poor IT and telecommunications infrastructure, lack of trust in information sharing, and insufficient management understanding of collaboration concepts.
