A.324. This section shall indicate locations near the facility where radionuclide releases could be discharged and where they could enter surface waters or ground-water. The results of hydrological and hydrogeological investigations carried out to assess, to the extent necessary, the dilution and dispersion characteristics of bodies of water should be presented. 

A. 1639. Aqueous releases. This section should summarize the assessment of aqueous releases and, where appropriate, dispersion of releases in surface waters and groundwaters, contamination of biological chains and food-chains, and the consequent doses to individuals and the population.
