Highway layout

The gradient, the radius of curvature and whether the project is at junction or crossing (approach and non-approach) are the main considerations for surface dressing design. 

The gradient is distinguished into three categories less than 5%, 5% to 10% and greater than 10% gradient. 

Regarding the radius of curvature, three categories are distinguished less than 100 m, 100 to 250 m and greater than 250 m radius.

The Problem Town A is 33 miles from the main highway, and Town B is 16 miles from that same highway. The two towns are 119 miles apart.
