Heavy-Duty Cleaner Powder

High active flake used for dry and wet compounding of all purpose cleaners, grease removers, hard surface cleaners, heavy duty laundry powders, scouring aids, emulsion polymers. Biodegradable. 

Trisodium phosphate is strongly alkaline many of its appHcations depend on this property. For example, many heavy-duty cleaning compositions contain trisodium phosphate as a primary alkalinity source. The crystalline dodecahydrate itself is marketed as a cleaning compound and paint remover. Traditionally, trisodium phosphate has been used in water softening to remove polyvalent metal ions by precipitation as insoluble phosphates. Because the hypochlorite complex of trisodium phosphate provides solutions that are strongly alkaline and contain active chlorine, it is used in disinfectant cleaners, scouring powders, and automatic dishwashing formulations. 

These resulting nonionics can be used in heavy-duty powders, heavy-duty liquids, and hard-surface cleaners. 

Concentrated high purity flake form of Sodium DDBSA. Used in the formulation of light duty and heavy duty detergents. Especially useful in powdered cleaners and scours. Linear molecule offers high blodegradabllity. 

Lowers surface tension. Water soluble, compatible and stable in concentrated electrolyte solutions. Improves detergency, foaming and increases viscosity of liquid cleaners. An exceptional detergent used in powdered and liquid, alkaline cleaners heavy-duty, all-purpose cleaners for metal working steam cleaning dairy cleaners bottle-washing compounds and floor strippers. Soluble in most oxygenated solvents, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated solvents. 

Applications. Alkane sulfonates (PS and SAS) are mainly used in Europe in heavy-and light-duty powder detergents as well as in all-purpose hard-surface liquid cleaners. Due to their excellent resistance to high electrolyte contents, alkane sulfonates have also found interesting prospects in concentrated industrial or domestic cleaners containing mineral chemical additives.
