There are a number of additional sources for consultation on information on polymorphism of particular compounds. From 1948 to 1961, McCrone edited a regular column in Analytical Chemistry entitled Crystallographic Data , in which were published the details on crystal growth, physical properties, and polymorphic behaviour of approximately 200 compounds. Time is not a critical factor in this story. Because the character is resistant to the passage of time (he stops his own physical growth), physical time is in fact suspended as an element in his life. The story itself follows 45 years of the history of one family in this Baltic region. 

If the drug is insufficiently soluble to allow delivery of the required dose as a solution (the maximum delivered dose for each nostril is 200 p,L), then a suspension formulation will be required. There are additional issues for suspension products, for example crystal growth, physical stability, resuspension, homogeneity and dose uniformity. Suspension products will also require information on density, particle size distribution, particle morphology, solvates and hydrates, polymorphs, amorphous forms, moisture and/or residual solvent content and microbial quality (sterile filtration of the bulk liquid during manufacture is not feasible).
