Group safety milestones

Group milestones need to consider the big picture and the microcosm. In other words, we need to analyze the whole company or division and each small group within the organization. The grouping of the railways into the four main line companies in 1921 and Sections 41 to 43 of the Road and Rail Traffic Act 1933 were but milestones rather than changes in direction. [Pg.116]
