Shock- and friction-sensitive explosive is formed with potassium, sodium, potassium-sodium alloy, and possibly other active metals. Aqueous solution is incompatible with sulfuric acid, caustics, ammonia, aliphatic amines, alkanolamines, amides, organic anhydrides, isocyanates, vinyl acetate, alkylene oxides, epichlorohydrin.
