Export production definition

By 2002, urea was expected to account for about 61% of worldwide consumption of the four major downstream nitrogen products. World urea consumption is forecast to increase at an average annual rate of 2.4% between 1999 and 200436. By definition, apparent consumption is equal to production plus imports minus exports. Thus apparent world consumption equals reported world production35. 

Large cardamom (A. subulatum) is the most important perennial cash crop of Sikkim, from where cultivation is spreading to the north-eastern states of India, Nepal and Bhutan. More than 85% of Indian production is from Sikkim. The spice has diversified uses in the fields of medicine and industry. Development of high-yielding superior varieties, combined with sustainable production, will definitely enhance the export value of the spice. 

Since the lack of information on product chemistry and quality can affect its market access and limit prices received in cormtry of origin, we propose the initial and selected standards for Griffonia seeds as presented in Table 111, to strengthen the relatiorrship between the eolleetors, proeessors and exporters and to provide clartiy and produet definition to the international buyers and users. 

Some products excluded from the definition of chemical substance in 3(2) (B) require a negative certification. These include pesticides, as defined by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) food, food additives, drugs, drug intermediates, cosmetics, cosmetic intermediates, or devices subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) nuclear source materials, special nuclear materials or nuclear by-product materials and firearms and ammunition.
