To make development realizable in the future, and widespread fw all nations in the world, sustainable development is the most correct approach for economic development. However, although sustainable development appears to be the only open gate for the near future of human development, many administrators from the developing world do not care much for this new planning philosophy for reasons of their single-mindedness. This indicates the importance of environmental education programs for bureaucrats and administrators. 

This chapter first introduces trends in bioengineering educational programs. A description of future opportunities is described, followed by a survey of employment and a career outlook, with some thoughts on finding a job in the realm of bioengineering. 

Metagenomics, personalized medicine, and future bioinformatics initiatives yet to be discovered will rapidly affect nearly all individuals. It is not surprising that with these major advances in bioinformatics technologies comes a caution by many for careful introspection and debate of their implications. Interest in bioethics is on the rise and has been added to the curricula of not only bioinformatics educational programs but those of many other disciplines as well. 

Additionally, a process of reflection on experience won in mono-educational reformatory projects can contribute to their lasting implementation.
