It concerns an accident that occurred when an employee attached an improper towbar between an aircraft and a tug. The towbar broke and the aircraft rolled forward, crushing the employee. 

The National Transportation Safety Board concluded that an employee made a decision to use improper equipment to push back an airplane from the gate, causing the accident that crushed the employee against the nose of the plane. The report stated that the employee used a towbar that was too short for the tug that was being used. But the union contends the employee was using the only equipment the airline provided to do the job. A union official stated that the employee had no choice to make .

Traditional sediment control systems are stmctures composed of permeable material and are placed so as to intercept sheet flow and low-level channel flow from denuded areas, and provide these functions.
