A good learning climate maximizes learning by offering the trainees a reason to learn, preparing them for the stated objectives of the training, and developing their trust in the instructor.

Using a discussion period serves two purposes it keeps the trainees interested and involved in the learning process. It also provides them an opportunity to fulfill their personal needs for expression. During the discussion period, trainees can socialize and relieve any tension that may have built up during the time they were listening to the instructor. 

A good management system provides employee safety traiiung in those specific elements of their jobs. In an effective management system employees will feel that they have received adequate safety training and that they understand how to work safely [4]. 

Employee performance depends on their ability and motivation to work safely. Training helps employees to perform their jobs safely. Therefore, in many cases training is essential.

AOD [Argon oxygen decarburization] A steelmaking process in which a mixture of oxygen and argon is injected into molten iron to reduce the carbon content. Developed by the Union Carbide Corporation in the mid 1970s. By 1989, 90 percent of the stainless steel made in the United States was made with this process.

The emergence of HCI in India occurred in the early 1990s [3]. However by the mid nineties the only Indian software companies that were employing professional user interface designers were multimedia content developers which could not be considered to be in the mainstream of software development. A few large software services companies offered a course on graphical user interfaces in their training schedule, but the quality of these courses was often poor. HCI was rarely taken seriously or applied in projects.
