Fourth, communication is paramount, since successful analysis requires that those responsible for measurement, control, and operation are convinced that the conclusions drawn are technically correct and the recommended changes will enhance their performance. This is the most significant guideline in implementing the results of the analysis. 

In addition to measuring TCH for the polymorphic system in question, the proton T value must be determined since the repetition rate of a CP experiment is dependent upon the recovery of the proton magnetization. Common convention states that a delay time between successive pulses of 1-5 X T, must be used. Figure 10B outlines the pulse sequence for measuring the proton Tx through the carbon intensity. One advantage to solids NMR work is that a common proton Tx value will be measured, since protons communicate through a spin-diffusion process. An example of spectral results obtained from this pulse sequence is displayed in Fig. 12. 

The next phases are detailed planning of restoration measures, planning of project assessment and project implementation. The final phase, utilization, includes maintenance measures, evaluation of project success, adaptive management and the communication of results. Throughout all phases of the project, the general political and societal framework conditions are taken into account. In short, project managers must deal with complex processes and consider the contextual analysis [7]. 

The interest of the scientific community on small systems has been boosted by the recent advent of micromanipulation techniques and nanotechnologies. These provide adequate scientific instruments that can measure tiny energies in physical systems under nonequilibrium conditions. Most of the excitement comes also from the more or less recent observation that biological matter has successfully exploited the smallness of biomolecular structures (such as complexes made out of nucleic acids and proteins) and the fact that they are embedded in a nonequilibrium environment to become wonderfully complex and efficient at the same time [3, 4].
