The rest of the Bs are less important for your mood, though they can play a role in combating stress. 1 suggest either getting a B-complex that contains all of the B vitamins or else looking for a very good multivitamin with adequate doses of Bs, B12, and folic acid.

Over 290 billion dollars is spent in the U.S. economy every year relating to compensation claims from on-the-job stress, health insurance, low-productivity, and disability (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2010).
