Matrix collagen, amino acid composition

AMINO ACID COMPOSITION (EXPRESSED AS RESIDUES PER 1000 TOTAL RESIDUES) OF TYPICAL MATURE ELASTIN, MATRIX COLLAGEN AND MICROFIBRILLAR PROTEIN PREPARATIONS. 

Three anionic glycoproteins have been separated from dentine, two of which are similar in amino acid composition and differ mainly in carbohydrate content. They are strongly acidic with a total of 390 aspartic and glutamic acid residues per 1000 and a high content of serine. Together they account for 14% of the non-collagenous part of the dentine matrix.

The amino acids glycine, proline, lysine and vahne are components of the main proteins of the extracellular dermal matrix. The inclusion of these amino acids in the composition of Hyalrepair, along with other low-molecular bio-regulators and microelements, is essential for triggering synthesis of dermal collagen and elastin, which are extremely important for achieving steady, long-term effect.
