Uses Emulsifier for low-VOC and commonly used industrial soivs., incl. min. spirits, aromatics, kerosene, terpenes, pine oil wetting agent, detergent, penetrant for solv.-based cleaners, paint strippers, graffiti removers, aircraft cleaners, waterless hand cleaners, transportation cleaners, degreasers, etc. 

Uses Detergent cone, for all purpose cleaners, paint strippers, aircraft cleaners (base), metal cleaners, etc. 

Uses. Tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol is of interest in chemical and related industries where low toxicity and minimal environmental impact are important (134). For many years tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol has been used as a specialty organic solvent. The fastest growing appHcations are in formulations for cleaners (135) and paint strippers (136), often as a replacement for chlorinated solvents (137). Other major appHcations include formulations for crop sprays, water-based paints, and the dyeing and finishing of textiles and leathers. Tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol also finds appHcation as an intermediate in pharmaceutical appHcations. 

Uses Associative thickener for premium quality semigloss and gloss paints, esp. tint base paints, can coatings, automotive basecoats, marine topcoats, anticorrosive primers, household cleaners, inks, metalworking compds., paint strippers, tile adhesives Features VOC-free reduces or eliminates color float exc. alkyd-like flow, color acceptance and stability... 

Non-Polymer Areas Agricultural wettable and dispersible powders. Metal cleaning, bottle washing, paint stripper, brick and tile cleaning, pickling, acid etching agents and hard surface cleaners. Excellent acid and base stability.
