Changing pattern study

Patterns can be collected with meaningful statistics within fractions of seconds, if strong scatterers are studied, or they can be built up in repetitive measurements if reversible changes are studied. As a consequence, complete one-dimensional or two-dimensional image patterns can be collected in consecutive time intervals or time frames. The image information of each consecutive time frame has to be accumulated in separate memory segments. Thus time is added as another dimension to the one-or two- dimensional position information.

The localization of high concentrations of ascorbic acid about healing wounds has been commonly observed, but there have been no critical studies to associate this with the active growth processes themselves instead of with the assemblage of cell types with a normally higher ascorbic acid content. The retention of ascorbic acid and refractoriness to saturation with ascorbic acid that occurs in severe injury or illness (L26) indicates some changing pattern of distribution. The most reasonable explanation for the post-operative retention of ascorbic acid is its selective concentration in the traumatized area (B15). 

Nordli et al. (146), using the Langmuir-balance technique, studied the monolayer properties of the interfacially active fractions extracted from six North Sea crude oils over a subphase of distilled water and simulated formation water. The pH and salinity were varied. They compared additives such as butanol, benzyl alcohol, and octylamine, added to the subphase, to note changes in film compressibilities. Studies of drug utilisation may be interesting for comparisons of various centres on a national and even international level (Dukes 1978 James et al. 1978 Law-son and Jick 1976). Computer studies should help to compare changing drug utilisation with changing patterns of complications and causes (Bottiger and Westerholm 1973). 

Our study suggests that in ACL reconstruction, the most important fibers to resist tibial anterior displacement attach to the central/proximal part of the femoral attachment this would correspond to the AM fiber bundle [4]. With knee flexion, the contribution of the postero-distal ACL was reduced, thereby further concentrating the load onto the anteroproximal area. This behavior is in line with ACL isometry and fiber length change patterns [16, 27, 28]. 

Previously, anatomical studies have been performed to know the position of the anatomical anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) insertion [1-18], and the ACL can be divided into two parts the anteromedial (AM) and posterolateral (PL) bundles [1], These bundles have different functimis with different lengths and force-change patterns [19-21], and some biomechanical studies described that anatomical double-bundle (DB) ACL reconstruction achieved equal knee kinematics to those of the intact knee with stability of tibial anterior translation and rotation [22-24].
