In this model, the leader must balance the aspirations and goals of the workers with the goals of the organizahon. This theory of leadership concentrates on the actions and behaviors of the leader in the process of developing individuals and the organization. 

There are probably satiety and deprivation effects for all emotional modalities, so that the individual neither neglects nor obsesses over any one of them.
